FAQs
Can parents see their player's photos before ordering?
While we are taking photos of the players, we have them pick their favorite image from the back of our cameras before we let them walk away. If they aren't happy with those images, we take more until they are happy. As a mom myself, I know how important it is they pick an image that their mom and dad will love! I promise they will be happy with the image for their order.
How long will it take to get my order?
All print orders will be delivered to your team manager in mid November for the 10U, 12U, 14U and 18U teams. For the 8U teams, your deliver date will be early December. If anything you order is a gift, please reach out to us and let us know! [email protected]
What if I have questions?
Email is the best and fastest way to reach us. You can reach me via email: [email protected] or call/text me at 970-371-1175.
What if my player misses their scheduled photo day/time?
We can still take their photo at our studio! Please let us know so we can setup a day and time for you However, they can not be added to their team photo.
